Santa Cruz, Beach Walk
H&D are here for a couple of weeks, and we are taking off to hang around with them. It is their first time out here on their own, and we are quite excited!
Castle Rock State Park, Rock Climbing
It was our first time climbing out of the climbing gym and on natural rock. Natural rocks! H&D climbed like spiders, and I am hooked again after about 10 years since my last climb. I think it is time to renew my belay training and pull out that old ladybug chalk bag. Our cautious J will sit this hobby out.

didn't know you guys also climb! L and I have a membership at Pac Edge and do mostly in gym climbing, but are always looking for opportunities to get out on real rocks. We should combine forces.
